A gentle 6-week therapeutic programme for adults who feel stuck in patterns with food, emotional eating, guilt, stress eating, or cycles that feel difficult to break.
You know what you “should” be doing, and yet somehow the same patterns keep returning.
If this resonates, please know: You are not failing. Your patterns make sense.
This is not another diet.
This programme is not about shame, restriction, or forcing yourself to “be better.”
Instead, this is a therapeutic approach designed to help you understand and gently shift the emotional, behavioural, and stress-related patterns influencing your relationship with food.
It’s what food has come to represent.
This work is deeply personal to me.
I understand firsthand how experiences of stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, illness, and difficult life chapters can shape our relationship with food, the body, safety, and self-worth.
For many of us, food becomes more than nourishment. It becomes comfort, coping, control, distraction, or protection.
My own healing journey involved understanding these patterns with compassion rather than shame, and the approaches I now use professionally became part of that process.
That lived understanding is one of the reasons this work matters so deeply to me.
