Whether you're experiencing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, burnout, emotional overwhelm, addiction, emotional eating, chronic illness challenges, neurodivergent experiences, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a compassionate, personalised approach that helps you understand yourself more deeply and move forward with greater confidence.
Using a blend of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT), EFT, NLP, and Embodied Processing, we will work together to identify what is keeping you stuck, release outdated patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Many of the people I support are highly self-aware. They understand what they are struggling with, but find themselves repeating the same emotional, behavioural, or relational patterns despite their best efforts. Together, we explore those patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you build a future that feels more aligned with who you are today.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Alongside our work together, you may also receive hypnosis recordings and personalised self-care techniques designed to support and reinforce change between sessions.
Most appointments take place online via Zoom, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home. I also offer face to face appointments in my therapy room, book a discovery to orgainse these.
