I use a blend of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, NLP, IEMT, EFT and Embodied Processing techniques, personalised for your specific needs.
I specialise in working with trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and disordered behaviours - though I work with a range of conditions, simply book in a Discovery Call with me to find out how I can help.
We will work together towards your goal using online sessions, hypnosis recordings and personalised self-care techniques which will support and guide you through the changes you want to make.
Most of my appointments are online via Zoom, however I am also available for home sessions if that better suits your needs. I can currently only do this locally (within Calderdale), but please get in touch if you require a home session but are outside of this area.
